Nicole Sänger is a clinician scientist and director of the Department of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinological Gynecology and heads the in vitro fertilization facility of the University Hospital Bonn. She focuses on the mechanisms leading to premature ovarian insufficiency triggered by chemotherapy and irradiation and is co-founder of the “FertiPROTEKT network” for young cancer patients. Nicole Sänger is board member of the German Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics, the German Society for Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine and member of the advisory board for the BRCA-Patient-Network.
