Prof. Dr. Michael Klutstein

Michael Klutstein studies the molecular processes of aging in oocytes with a focus on epigenetic alterations. His lab has shown the correlation between changes in epigenetic markers, retrotransposon activation and DNA damage. He provides expertise in mouse and human ovarian tissue and oocyte culture and observing and triggering epigenetic changes.
